It’s Bikini Season, Start Eating Like It

The weather is gorgeous, me in a bikini…not so much.  So, I am focused on eating healthy, delicious food.  I came across this recipe on RealSimple.com and was obsessed.  It tastes amazing, it easy to make, and includes cheese.  That is the trifecta for me (not to mention it looks pretty).

Get the recipe for Linguine With Summer Vegetables and make it tonight.  Seriously, it takes 20 minutes (unless you are like me and substitute spaghetti squash for the linguine, which makes it even more delicious, but more time consuming).

Bottom line: My bottom needs to get in a bikini in 3 days.
